Shipping Information

 

All items from the Wild Spirit Store are shipped through the US Postal Service.  We use only Priority mail to insure a fast and reliable method of getting your merchandise to you.

Orders are processed at Wild Spirit on Mondays through Saturdays.  All orders are packaged and taken to the postal service within 24 hours of when we receive your order. 

Although we try to keep all the items in stock at all times, some items may have to be back ordered and may take up to 4 weeks for us to get the item back in stock.  We apologize for this inconvenience, but it may be unavoidable. We will ship partial orders if only part of the order needs to be back ordered.

Finally...

Please remember that Wild Spirit is a Not-For-Profit organization that works with volunteers.  The people that are processing your order are not getting paid to do it.  They are human and can make mistakes.  If you don't receive a confirmation immediately, or your order is a day later than expected, please try to understand that we are trying to do our best to satisfy you, our customers.  All orders are double checked before they are shipped out to be certain that the order is correct, so don't be concerned about wrong items being shipped.

All the profits from our online store go towards Wild Spirit's education efforts.  If you didn't get a chance to see what Wild Spirit is all about, please take a little time to browse through our website.
